• Balance payment due according to the schedule outlined in your contract

• Deposits/retainers are non-refundable

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect our ability to deliver services as expected and could result in additional charges or cancellation of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fair Landia shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from acts of God, illness, traffic delays, weather conditions, or any circumstance outside of our control
• Technical failures that may affect the quality of images (e.g., equipment malfunction) despite our professional care
• Errors or omissions in the content of our website

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable services.
