For weddings and major events, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. For portrait sessions and smaller events, 4-6 weeks notice is typically sufficient. However, during peak season (May-October), earlier booking is advised.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations within 30 days are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but we can reschedule for a later date (subject to availability).

Delivery timelines vary by project type. Portrait sessions are typically delivered within 2 weeks, events within 3-4 weeks, and weddings within 6-8 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Yes, we are available for travel both domestically and internationally. Travel fees apply and vary based on location. For destinations within 50 miles of our studio, only a small travel fee applies. For longer distances, we'll provide a custom quote including travel expenses.
